Lime is looking for a strategic, analytical, and transformational supply planner, batteries & charging infrastructure for our global planning and logistics team, reporting into the Sr Director, Global Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. You will own all aspects of building and executing our global battery and charging infrastructure supply planning function.

What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrate a significant background in planning, manufacturing and / or materials management
  • Analyze the inventory pipeline, anticipating risks in demand / supply, and facilitate purchase plans to ensure continuity of inventory availability for all global operations
  • Take lead with developing a process for executing and managing supply planning, including use of Excel and other BI tools
  • Help launch a Supply & Operations Process with key cross functional stakeholders
  • Manage SKU level supply plans using multiple sources of qualitative and quantitative data including demand forecasts, orders, historical activity and future growth plans
  • Balance production to maintain appropriate inventory stocking levels, promoting healthy turns and eliminating stagnate stock or shortages
  • Build and maintain a rolling 12-18 month supply forecast that incorporates multiple sources of information such as varying forecast horizons, regional growth insights and transitional plans around NPI, EOL and GTMs
  • Anticipate inventory demands based on current and future growth and operational trends, suggesting procurement plans that augment our strategies
  • Work with Global Sourcing team to understand any long lead component requirements and issue procurement plans in support of maintaining production plans
  • Work with Product & SCOP teams to understand product lifecycle management and generate supply plans in support of EOL and NPI
  • Reduce and mitigate inventory out of stock issues through meticulous and collaborative planning processes
  • Facilitate on time production and delivery of key materials & vehicles to optimize operational proforma plans and realize goals
  • Drive improvements in planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns and EBITDA
  • Develop and manage supply plan reporting and dashboards
  • Take lead on special projects and business opportunities on behalf of the planning team

About You:

  • 8-10+ years of supply planning experience with a consistent track record of expanded responsibilities and planning within a global organization
  • An analytical mind, enjoy solving complex planning puzzles
  • A tenacious problem solver with exceptional statistical and analytical skills
  • Prior experience developing a planning process and implementing an S&OP function within an organization
  • Experience building global planning processes using Excel and other manual processes (familiarity with Google Sheets)
  • Prior experience with NetSuite
  • Able to effectively extract key data from enterprise software environments and other business systems
  • Able to present complex planning models in a clear, concise and actionable manner to non-supply chain and non-planning audiences
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture
  • Ability to influence and inspire action in others
  • Bachelor's Degree

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $65,000, plus equity and benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
