As the Senior Expansion Manager, you will lead and execute the expansion strategy for Australia. You will be a local spokesperson for Lime, meeting with cities across Australia, demonstrating our technology and approach of partnering with cities. You will lead new launches, define a localised strategy for each city, recruit and build out a foundation for a strong local operation team and manage the city to get it up and running. You will take a company-wide perspective, build marketing documents - presentations, marketing collateral - and perform analysis - building models, creating launch plans, or P&Ls.
The role is ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney, however we are open to all Australian cities.
Significant travel will be required for the role.
Be the “head of sales” and spokesperson for bringing Lime to new cities - Making Australia your own, you will tell new cities what Lime has to offer.
Collaborating with the General Manager and local team in designing and implementing the strategic expansion plan for e-scooters and e-bikes
Deeply understanding what each city wants and how Lime can bring this to them
Building marketing documents and beautiful communication to tell new cities about Lime
Lead new launches - You will be the first person on the ground in new cities, and you’ll build the city from the bottom up.
Defining a localised strategy adapted to specificities of the city (areas of deployment, parking, pricing)
Recruiting and build out a foundation for a strong local operation team
Managing the logistics aspect to make a city live (supply, training onsite)
Being the initial operations POC for city regulators, local business and riders
