Lime is adding a Senior Manager, Business Information Systems (BIS), to join our team within the Finance organization. In this role, you will own and deploy the future state of our critical business applications such as NetSuite (GL) and Coupa (PTP and ETP). You will drive the strategy on how these applications and other boundary systems are designed and used, while collaborating with the Senior Leadership team at Lime and our implementation partners. You will also build the core-competency for the BIS org in-house while managing a team that supports you on these strategic initiatives.

This is a remote position with a preferred location in California.

What you'll do:

• Lead the end to end delivery of BIS projects focused on SCM and Financial Track in NetSuite and Coupa platforms
• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate SCM & Finance orgs most complex requirements
• Architect, implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements
• Facilitate the development of Statements of Work for new and existing vendors
• Lead financial and accounting implementations including design of chart of accounts, distribution, invoicing, fixed asset management, and accounting processes such as Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), SCM modules and Financial Reporting
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with global stakeholder (NA, EMEA and APAC) to determine work priorities and deliverables
• Interact with other streams of BIS org, which pertain to Revenue Sub-ledger, Integrations and financial engineering to drive cross-system/org and department programs
• Supervise, mentor and develop business systems analysts reporting to this role
• Enable sprint implementation and delivery model for systems/business processes owned
• Lead and contribute to security & compliance initiatives at Lime

About you:

• Required:

• 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in NetSuite platform covering both Supply Chain Management and Finance track. Coupa experience is optional, but will be required to learn at Lime.

• 5+ years of leading/managing Direct Procurement, Asset Management along with one or more functional work streams such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, WMS, D&S modules in NetSuite

• Led at the least 2+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations as the overall project lead

• Experience leading functional and technical NetSuite teams

• Hands-on functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience including full life cycle experience with all phases: Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support phases

• ERP data migration and cutover experience

• NetSuite integrations and customizations experience

• Demonstrated ability to establish and engagement with both SaaS Vendors and implementation partners

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills

• Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations

• Self starter, adapt to dynamic work environment and prioritizing tasks and own and deliver tasks independently with minimal guidance

• Preferred:

• Previous Tech consulting experience or working in tech start ups

• Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Suite Cloud Developer Certification)

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $122,000.00, plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
