We are looking for an outstanding and experienced leader to join our Insurance Team as a Senior Risk Manager. As a member of the Insurance Team within Legal, this role will be responsible for partnering closely with strategic and operational business leaders to mitigate and manage risk across Lime’s organisation. You will help manage the company’s global insurance programs and use your analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of our business needs to ensure well-informed decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Insurance.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the maintenance and renewal of Lime’s corporate insurance programs
• Support Insurance and cross-functional team’s work on strategic initiatives relating to identifying, understanding, measuring, and managing risks within the organisation
• Systematise our processes and create dashboards to help us better understand our business risks and plan for the future
• Collaborate with diverse teams (including Operations, Government Relations, Finance, and Legal) from all around our global organisation to ensure risk is understood and addressed appropriately
• Identify, initiate and own relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and other third party strategic partners
• Oversee the management of our corporate insurance claims activity
• Review and negotiate contractual insurance requirements
• Support the issuance and/or processing of our certificates of insurance, fleet ID cards, invoicing, surety bonds, etc.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• 6+ years of experience in insurance underwriting, brokerage, or corporate insurance risk management
• Professional insurance designation desirable (CPCU or ARM)
• Experience with captive solutions
• Advanced understanding of commercial lines insurance products
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for innovating
• Highly motivated and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to both efficiently work independently and in a team setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical abilities including written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and presentation tools
• Fluent in the English language is required
