Minted is excited to hire a Manager, Marketing Analytics. The Analytics team uses rigorous analytics to generate insights to inform overall business strategy as well as marketing, product, merchandising, community impact through the idea lifecycle -- from inception to execution and via continuous improvement. This work ultimately strengthens Minted’s marketplace, leading us to stronger growth and profitability and helping us continuously improve the experience for consumers and artists on our platform.

A key member of the small but mighty group of likeminded analysts, the Manager will measure and drive the success of Minted’s programmatic and direct response marketing efforts. A successful candidate will be passionate about e-commerce & direct-to-consumer businesses, comfortable working in a growth- focused and fast-paced environment, as well as hands-on experience with advanced methods and complex datasets. The perfect fit is someone who loves getting into the details in search of meaningful insights, while maintaining a holistic view of factors driving the business. We need someone who prides themselves in the accuracy and impactfulness of their work and sits on the sweet spot of business, data, and technology.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with the marketing channel owners to drive strategy and business impact by synthesizing performance metrics into actionable insights across multiple marketing channels including: Email, Paid Search, Organic Search, Display, Affiliates, Social, Influencer, Video, and any other emerging marketing channels
  • Campaign Lift Measurement: Establish, implement, and execute test vs. control methodology to understand campaign lift including but not limited to sales, category share, units, cross-sell.
  • Deliver measurement roadmap focused on continuous improvement & testing
  • Channel Optimization: Own in-flight recommendations, hindsighting, & incrementality of investment allocation of marketing budget across channels, tactics, and strategies
  • Audience Insights and Management: Develop audience insights with strong CRM analytical skills. Design, Execute, & Govern concurrent tests as well as delivering business reporting platforms and insight
  • Design and build self-service dashboards using a mixture of analytical and visualization techniques, deriving actionable insight from data

You Are:

  • Results driven, outcome focused, and analytical

You Have:

  • 5+ years driving business insight and supporting quantitatively strong and curious business partners, ideally in DTC (direct to consumer) and / or crowdsourcing space(s)
  • Working knowledge of rules-based attribution, test vs. control methodologies, algorithmic multi-touch attribution (MTA), and regression-based media mix modeling (MMM)
  • Strong SQL analysis skills / experience with Snowflake
  • A breadth of domain knowledge: Customer lifecycle / CRM / segmentation, marketing funnels and metrics, A/B testing, crowdsourcing, advanced measurement, customer experience, finance, and qualitative insight
  • “Client facing” communication skills: Thrive in an environment of diverse and, at times, conflicting priorities and needs, leveraging strong partnership & communications skills and business acumen
  • Experience working with large quantities of raw, disorganized data
