Who we are looking for:

The Sr. Brand Manager leverages exceptional strategic thinking and vision to create Minted marketing strategies and identify new opportunities to drive growth in their category. They shape brand marketing decisions, develop integrated marketing plans and articulate core positioning to inspire exceptional creative work that connects with and inspires target audiences. This person is naturally creative and analytical. They’re results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. What you will work on:

  • Develop holistic brand & awareness strategy to meet our awareness goals and broader company goals.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing influence media mix and spend distribution across product verticals.
  • Create integrated marketing plans and consumer journeys that effectively and elegantly increase engagement and increase consumer affinity to Minted.
  • Build offline media strategies against key awareness building channels, including TV, print advertising, outdoor advertising and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agency/partner selection, contract and pricing negotiation and performance management.
  • Drive financial modeling and marketing analytics related to brand awareness building including media mix modeling, awareness measurement and segmentation strategies based on user/customer segments.
  • Work with the Brand team to develop beautiful, engaging campaigns that are optimized for customer engagement and aligned with brand & communications objectives.
  • Perform competitive, market & cultural research to stay abreast of the external industry and consumer trends
  • Develop inspiring creative briefs based on a deep knowledge of the Minted's business, the competitive landscape, cultural environment, and target consumer.
  • Develop the Brand Campaign Creative strategy, including the creative and narrative pillar strategy, and articulate in the form of a creative brief highlighting channel specific execution details, where necessary.
  • Develop the 360 Campaign Content and Messaging Strategy, Social Content strategy and editorial strategy for Minted, Brand.

What You Bring To Minted:

  • 6+ years of marketing and/or brand strategy experience in a consumer, retail company, e-commerce brand and/or creative agency.
  • Proven experience achieving business objectives and working within a complex environment to hit deadlines
  • Self-starter with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while still paying attention to details and executing flawlessly.
  • Results-driven, focused, and analytical. Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
  • Deeply quantitative and analytical. The ideal candidate loves data and is able to analyze a problem, use data to articulate a recommendation, and take action accordingly.
  • Strong consumer insights and an understanding of how and why consumers use Minted products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excited to work in a collaborative team environment. A successful history of working cross-functionally to influence others and execute projects.
  • A deep appreciation for design and its power to enrich people’s lives
  • BA or equivalent is required. MBA or advanced degree is highly desired.
