**The Role **

One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission- driven Product Operations Manager to join our team. The primary charter of this role is to ensure the product management team and operations scale with the company and we create the right products to push our growth forward. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, data science, finance, marketing, and sales to identify needs, prioritize, test and iterate across the whole product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Define and build operating processes that drive implementation of product strategy across our organization
• Own the product review process across the whole product portfolio
• Ensure Go-to-Market success of releases and continuous improvement of product rollouts to deliver on-time, quality results
• Prepare cross-functional teams for success with resources and structure required to launch new products globally
• Help manage the customer feedback lifecycle
• Own and optimize the product stack and tools

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, operations, or similar field at a technology organization
• Proven ability to identify and communicate insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Proven ability to define Key Performance Indicators and to drive cross-functional results
• Experience driving product strategy discussions
• Ability to communicate at the Executive level of an organization
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive strategic process improvements across the company
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills - attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Product management experience building 0-1 products and/or scaling them globally
• Experience working in Product-Led Growth environments
• Experience working with Data Science organizations
