**The Role **

One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission- driven Senior Manager, Cloud Ops to join our team. As a CloudOps Engineering Manager, you will manage the CloudOps team at One Concern to ensure the highest availability, traceability and security of our SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

• Be a leader. Communicate and clarify individual and team objectives and ensure the team understands what to do and why
• Be a mentor. Work with engineers on their growth and development, making sure that everyone receives timely feedback and has a clear growth plan
• Be a facilitator. Remove blockers and obstacles, both internal and cross-team, so that everyone can do their best work
• Hire, mentor and grow the CloudOps team
• Be accountable for the availability, and security of the 1C Resilience Platform
• Set individual and team goals, track and help the team achieve them
• Perform on-call duties, enable and coordinate the technical team in their quest to diagnose and resolve production issues
• Stay current with industry trends and suggest new ways and operational processes for our business to improve
• Generate business metrics to track performance of the Cloud Ops team and use that to continually improve

Experience & Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Cloud Ops / SRE Manager
• 2+ years experience as Cloud Ops / SRE Engineer
• Experience designing, building and maintaining large scale production systems with high efficiency and availability in a cloud environment
• Experience with GCP
• Demonstrated ability to excel in an Agile environment
• Experience hiring, growing and mentoring CloudOps/SRE Team
• Experience creating KPIs to track and improve performance
