**The Role **

One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission- driven Staff Product Designer to join our team. The primary charter of this role is to create high-quality design solutions across our line of enterprise products built for users across the globe. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact by solving complex and pressing problems.

What You’ll Do

• Prototype and build complete user experiences that improve our product offerings
• Partner with product management and engineering to design, build and improve enterprise SaaS products
• Utilize and scale our design library with patterns that solve new use cases

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of product design experience at a technology company
• Passion for identifying and solving customer problems
• Deep knowledge of design and user-centric practices
• Ability to prototype new ideas quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Track record translating quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions
• Experience iterating on design with experimentation (e.g. A/B testing)
• Portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, deep systems thinking, and a passion for business design that solves complex problems, at scale

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with Machine Learning/AI teams
• Experience using design to enable product led growth
• Ability to mentor others
