_The People Operations Team at OneSignal is responsible for supporting our HQ in San Mateo. We believe in creating an excellent in-office experience for all employees whether they are here often or just visiting. _

In a typical month, the Office Manager & General Admin might:

  • Be on site 3-4 days a week to assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Manage Office Access, Supplies and Meals for Employees
  • Support on site and employee IT needs
  • Be POC for Vendors, Janitorial, Security, and Deliveries.
  • Triage mail and deliveries as needed
  • Provide on site support for Company Events, Allhands and Leadership Meetings
  • Manage Swag inventory for new hires
  • Manage weekly executive coordination tasks
  • Assist with Company Wide Offsite coordination

What you’ll bring:

  • 1 year of office management/administrative experience
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills
  • Adaptable, problem solver, multi-tasker
  • Passion for providing an excellent experience for employees
  • Proficiency with G-suite, especially calendar, docs and spreadsheets
  • General computer skills a plus!
