As our go-to-market team (GTM) expands, the Revenue Operations team will look to you for both technical and strategic direction when maintaining and improving our business systems. Your support will ensure that OneSignal can effectively and efficiently scale our GTM operations.

In a typical week, our Revenue Systems Manager will:

  • Manage and Maintain our key GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, DocuSign, Troops, Vitally, and more
  • Design and implement improvements to our existing GTM system architecture to holistically support our Marketing, Sales, Success, Partnerships, and Support teams
  • Create and maintain an efficient ticketing system in Asana to track and efficiently resolve systems issues
  • Gather requirements, manage a systems development roadmap, and implement solutions via scheduled deployments to meet GTM stakeholder needs
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement additional tools and technologies as needed to optimize our GTM processes and dataflows
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to build and/or enhance our GCP to GTM data pipeline
  • Create and maintain systems and data flow documentation
  • Establish strong operational processes based on best practices within Salesforce and our integrated tools
  • Own end to end Salesforce configuration including user management, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, process builders, testing environments, and all related integrations

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 4 years of experience managing business systems and supporting GTM teams
  • Knowledgeable of best in class, modern, data-driven GTM tooling and system architecture
  • Problem solver extraordinaire who can troubleshoot a wide range of basic system issues
  • Effective communicator across video-conferencing and Slack
  • Detail oriented and humble personality that can assist across a variety of tactical and strategic challenges
  • Quick learner who is eager to understand the SaaS business model, customer engagement technology, and our product suite

Preferred skills and experience:

  • SFDC Admin Certified and/or 3+ years of recent experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Familiarity with with Outreach, LeanData, and Marketo a plus
  • Experience with SQL and/or SOQL a plus
  • BA or BS required
