We are accelerating the development of 4G and 5G Open RAN at our new office in Sweden, where we see a promising environment of top talents with RAN development expertise.

We are looking for talented and motivated system engineers with experience in development of 4G and 5G RAN features, Massive MIMO, NB-IoT, etc.

What you'll do:

• Conducting research for RAN feature (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation) implementation and define the strategy for implementation.
• Provide well written system requirement for development teams & Integration teams.
• Lead feature from early research level, during implementation and integration toward release to customers.
• Provide performance figures based on lab experiments.
• Handle and debug cellular systems issues coming from internal lab testing as well as from customers.
• Knowledge source for cellular standards (4G/5G) and product behavior.

What you need to have:

• Knowledge in wireless communication theory. Familiarity with cellular standards, i.e. 2G/3G/LTE/LTE-Advanced/5G-NR
• Knowledge in networking
• System engineering experience, including specification definition, integration, SW development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Computer Science/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent training, education and experience.
