As System Test Lead Engineer, you will ensure the successful end to end system Integration testing of open RAN solutions for 2G/3G/4G/5G

What you'll do:

• Design, build and test/operate a complete Mobile Network infrastructure in the lab
• Verify various Parallel Wireless Products and Applications for Functional, Stability, Performance and User experience aspects based on Customer Use cases
• Develop detailed test strategy and execute test cases for end-to-end solution
• Demonstrate the functionality to stake holders as per defined milestones/project deliveries.
• Generate KPI Reports and Dashboards for the solution
• Develop Automation scripts for system test cases using Robot framework/Python.
• Suggest improvements and changes to the product in order to improve customer experience

What you must have:

• Total 8-10 years in Networking and Telecom domain with background in System or Interoperability Testing.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, WLAN, Routing protocols – L2 and L3, TCP/IP, QoS, Firewalls, DNS, NAT, ACLs, Tunneling and security protocols
• Experience with Mobile Core network (MSC, SGSN/GGSN, HSS, MME, SGW/PGW) and/or 5G Core elements
• Strong experience in virtualized environment with hands-on experience on Linux/KVM Hypervisors and Open Stack, Kubernetes, and Docker with excellent debug skills
• Experience with test tools including protocol analyzers, XCAL/QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.
• Strong scripting experience in Python/Perl. Experience in Robot Framework and Pytest is a huge advantage
• Experience in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins
• Ability to work independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• US citizenship with ability to pass US Govt background checks.
• Prior experience managing/testing a US DoD or federal government R&D projects is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in 5G NR testing and 5G core testing tools.
• Good understanding on LTE/5G concepts such as DL/UL scheduling, power control, Beamforming fundamentals, MIMO etc

Education:

• Minimum B.S Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or equivalent
