We’re looking for a talented and motivated Manager to join our growing team and lead our 5G stack software development activity.

As a manager of the 5G stack team – you will lead the implementation from design through development, test and deployment of our 5G stack (L2,L3).

What you'll do:

• Lead a software development team responsible for the design and development of LTE eNodeB features.
• Taking the ownership of the feature and work with cross functional teams to successful delivery of the feature.
• Own the feature from definition and planning all the way to deployment and support.
• Understanding of end to end scenario and troubleshooting/fixing of field and QA reported issues.

What you must have:

• Minimum 3 years leading a software development team of at least 5 engineers.
• Proficient in LTE/5G technology across various protocol layers - Layer2, Layer3, (MAC/RLC/PDCP RRC, RRM) Data/Control plane and stack algorithms.
• End to end system integration and debugging experience.
• Strong hold on C, C++, SW architecture.
• Good understanding of best practice software engineering processes, version control, testing and release cycles.
• Strong communication skills, Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS internals, TCP/IP, multi-threading.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have:

• 10+ years experience telecom exposure.
• Excellent understanding of 3GPP standards.
• K8S familiarity/work experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Computer Science/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent training, education and experience.
