We are looking for highly motivated and passionate, PHY automation engineer for the automation development, testing and integration of advanced cellular communication systems for our next generation base-station products

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop testing systems, and automation tools, build systems, infrastructure, and innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD/automation tools, processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with product development and validation teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create automation services that are effective, seamless and easy to use.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc./B.A. degree in electronics, computer science, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of SW development for automation or DevOps teams.
  • Ability to write efficient, scalable Python, C#, or other OO code.
  • Knowledge and experience in C\C++ (an advantage)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and drive solutions within and outside the team.


  • Experience in designing and implementing robust and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of RF fundamentals and communications theory.
  • Experience with RF lab equipment like spectrum analyzers, signal generators, channel emulators.
  • Understanding in wireless standards such as NR, LTE, WiFi, UMTS – big advantage.
  • Familiar with cutting edge tools: Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, ELK & analysis tools.
  • Experience with machine learning and data science methodologies.
