We are looking for a talented and motivated leader to join our growing team and be a key member of PW’s Access Staff as a Senior Director of engineering.

What you'll do:

• Lead various R&D activities as senior Staff member.
• Be key player in methodologies and way of work.
• Cross domain leadership (matrix management).
• Take leading position for R&D organization evolution.
• Influence directly product's development to customer deployments.
• Drive innovative activities with multi-disciplinary team.

What you must have:

• proved R&D leadership experience in large development group (direct or matrix management ).
• Strong leadership skills.
• strong technical abilities from HW to upper SW layers (cellular knowledge is an advantage).
• full system view and implications on customer's experience.
• R&D processes understanding at all levels.
• Experience in cellular protocols (advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Execution management and tracking skills.

Education:

• BS.c in electrical engineering or equivalent – mandatory
• MS.s in electrical engineering – advantage
