We are looking for a Wireless Systems Engineer with a strong record of Designing solutions, driving customer activities and discussions.

What you'll do:

• Planning, Design, Integration and support of Wireless Networks.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems.
• Execute lab and field ATP
• Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning.
• Understand Customer infrastructures, their needs and provide expertise and consulting solutions.
• Analyze system logs, performance issues and the production environment for mission critical systems.
• Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials.
• Perform system analysis on a wide range of network technologies including 3G, 4G, 5G and proprietary systems.
• Work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources and escalate.
• Define new system requirements based on customer interactions.
• Key contributor to developing product strategies.

What you must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ of hands-on experience in QA or Systems Engineering on mobile radio/core nodes
• Experience in wireless industry in Service Provider or Vendor domain. Mobility Access Networks and Network Technologies.
• Ability to learn fast & adapt in daily work
• Experience in any one or more of the LTE, UMTS, GSM and other Radio Access Technologies.
• Experience in one or more virtualization technologies like KVM, Openstack and VMware.
• Experience and understanding of Cloud Native principles with hands on with Dockers, Kubernetes etc. will be a plus.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling and security protocols is a plus
• Knowledge of 3GPP specifications for Access and Core interfaces/Protocol.
• Knowledgeable in-Service Provider methods and practices
• Expert written and communications skills
• Established track record as a problem solver and effective team player
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel Time critical tasks
• Understanding of RF test tools like NEMO, TEMS, QXDM, Windcatcher etc is a plus
• Ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to travel within and outside India which involves upto 60-70% based on project requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s (B.S) or Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Engineering; or equivalent training, education and experience.
