Presto is seeking an organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and core Executive team. The ideal candidate will be creative and will thrive in an ever-changing environment. This EA will be able to anticipate the needs of the executive team and help them prioritize their day-to-day. This position will require someone with great communication skills, confidence, and an eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO by providing sophisticated calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and requests while making judgment calls and troubleshooting conflicts to ensure you keep him organized and on-schedule throughout the day
  • Manage the CEO’s travel, expenses, and emails and drive projects for him across the leadership team
  • Support the core Executive team of four by handling travel arrangements, arranging internal and external meetings, conference calls, and team events delivering a memorable Presto experience for everybody
  • Anticipate issues with scheduling, travel, and meetings and get ahead of them with solutions while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform administrative tasks and other related duties as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of four years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
  • Ability to work in a start-up type of environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Highly proficient in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar, and Google Docs
  • Experience hosting virtual meetings and events
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to perform job duties outside of normal business hours
  • Responsible for handling highly confidential material and information on a regular basis
  • Compiling monthly departmental presentations for board meetings
  • Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives
  • Highly proficient in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar, and Google Docs
