The Vice President, Partnerships will be responsible for developing relationships with 3rd party partners who add value to our platform and services. Key partnerships will include voice AI companies, payment processors and gateways, Fintech SAS companies, POS vendors, loyalty or gift card providers, and vision technology, suppliers. Integrations with third parties are a key value of the Presto platform. The VP of Partnerships will drive and shape the partner ecosystem, increasing the value of the Presto platform to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own and execute the entire partnership strategy and vision.
  • Identify and build relationships with targeted partners needed to support all 3 of Presto’s product pillars
  • Track, report, and monitor all progress for new partnerships and growth of existing ones
  • Primary focus on Voice AI ecosystem and POS partnership management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to build internal business cases for specific partnership opportunities
  • Build and grow payments revenue stream
  • Build and manage a partnerships team

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree required, MBA or MA is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in tech business development/alliances/partnering / or channel sales.
  • Experience building and managing teams
  • Understanding and experience with the Restaurant industry and specific technology ecosystem
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized, able to multitask.
  • Comfortable with rapid change.
  • Proactive and decisive actor.
  • Experienced and comfortable with technology sales/marketing.
