The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and an ability to work cross-functionally. The candidate must be effective with prioritization, organization, and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while producing quality results. This role will be a first line of defense in detecting and remediating servicing issues within Business Operations.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Provide operations support to internal client partners regarding fixed term and revolving credit products.
  • Review daily audit reports, conduct research and analysis to identify root cause of issues, remediate identified issues.
  • Understand and execute operations policies and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve servicing issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Controls policies and procedures to drive adoption and adherence across Prosper.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes, trends, and remediation efforts.
  • Identify and communicate to leaders any situations that may require additional review or special handling.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative environment in which Prosper team members are encouraged to voice ideas and concerns.

About You

  • At least 1-year experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Credit card servicing experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge and aptitude with SQL preferred
  • Organized, solution oriented, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Able to adapt in a fast moving role where a processes can change quickly
  • Proven track record of effective and collaborative work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • BA/BS or higher in related field is preferred
