The Role

Prosper is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to grow our customer acquisition across three product verticals. We are looking for strong expertise in SEM with some experience in online video/display, and paid social channels. You can work independently, are innovative and resourceful. Although you are mindful of creative, you are also analytical — data ultimately drives your decision making process. You want to make an impact that you can truly measure. You are an excellent collaborator, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of your initiatives. Knowledge in best in class digital strategies designed to increase brand reach, website traffic, and budget efficiency. You will optimize campaigns across paid media channels while analyzing customer behavior and partner on landing page experience to find opportunities to better covert traffic paid media traffic. You are not satisfied with the status quo and always look for ways to make the program better.

This person will be reporting into the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, and will be responsible for executing, optimizing and reporting campaign performance for all paid campaigns to product stakeholders and leadership.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Stay abreast of best practices and new tools across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic (Display, Retargeting, Video, Audio)
  • Collaborate across departments to develop a comprehensive plan for current & future product marketing efforts involving in-depth analysis of past sales and market trends
  • Optimize media mix to drive maximum growth of new users and bring back existing users with maximum efficiency
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Manage relationships with advertising reps and ensure we are included in new product betas
  • Find the best opportunities for traffic diversification (new channels and platforms or new products in existing platforms)
  • Ensure pacing to budget for both spend and revenue on a monthly and annual basis

About You

  • 3-5 years of recent experience setting up, optimizing and reporting campaigns in programmatic tech platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and third party systems
  • Background managing $500,000+/month ad spend
  • Experience partnering and negotiating with outside agencies for campaign management and creative work
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook or other A/B testing tools, including proprietary tools
