The Role

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition , you will be responsible for developing and refining talent strategies across digital recruiting, candidate experience, engagement and assessment, as well as metrics and analytics for our Technology & Product hiring. You will focus on driving innovation and operational efficiencies for the Tech and Product talent organizations. You will have a passion for teaching and building both individual and organizational capability in sourcing and candidate development, staying current on talent trends, and drive recruitment solutions that are aligned with Prosper’s overall hiring strategy.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition to develop, implement, and continuously improve recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent with a focus on and commitment to diversity
  • Lead, manage, develop, mentor and motivate the Technical talent acquisition team, driving a high level of performance
  • Prioritize the candidate experience, providing an exceptional end to end experience that candidates want to tell their friends about
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders within the Tech and Product organizations
  • Push the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract talent within the Technical Organization
  • Deploy innovative tactics in candidate sourcing including social networks, hosting and attending meet up events, career fairs, cold calling, and employee referrals
  • Assess competitive landscape for Technical talent and strategize how to consistently win

About You

  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting for all levels across multiple disciplines. Experience with Executive and agency recruiting is a plus.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail; solid writing and presentation skills
  • You demonstrate good initiative and can lead projects with little direction
  • You are highly skilled in all aspects of recruiting including networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating/closing and relationship development
  • You lead by example and are someone who inspires and brings the best out of their teammates
  • You have strong ability to influence and partner with all levels of the technical organization
  • You have strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, business judgement and analysis
  • You have excellent communication and cultural awareness skills
  • You take are passionate about and take pride in the work that you do and are accountable for outcomes
  • You enjoy being part of a fun, close-knit team
