The Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Control team in the Risk Operations Department. We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, organized individual. The goal of Quality Control is to identify areas where improvements can be made for partnered teams and groups.

Problems You Will Solve

• Overall adherence to procedures
• Provide confidential, fair, and accurate assessments of calls, customer documents, income verification and internal documentation
• Provide professional and constructive feedback
• Provide detailed record of findings
• Identify current trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Enhance and maintain QC procedures
• Achieve monthly production goals and maintain quality standards
• Help build infrastructure for a scalable process

About You

• Financial services industry experience
• Demonstrated ability in reviewing financial documents (W-2, tax statements, bank statements, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Flexible and ready to work in a dynamic production environment
• Flexibility to work overtime including Saturdays as needed
• Ability to analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• Experience in providing constructive feedback
• Previous experience monitoring calls in a call center environment
• Proficiency with Excel
