The Role

In this role, you will be integral to growing our Personal Loan and Credit Card products in close partnership with the business leaders. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing new product ideas centered around customer needs while partnering with engineering, research and design to drive the product vision and accelerate the growth of our multi-product ecosystem. You will mentor and grow a team of strong Product Managers and contribute meaningfully to the tactical product development process and strategic direction of our products and business.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Be a thought leader with cross-functional teams to drive customer focused product solutions that drive business results
  • Develop a ROI-prioritized roadmap, own the OKR’s and lead execution from concept, through launch, to analysis, optimization, and scaling in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Lead partners and end users including business counterparts and engineering to understand dependency trade-offs that affect the customer experience. Work with credit, data scientists, ops strategy, marketing, design, and engineering to achieve this goal
  • Participate in customer research, product discovery, market and competitive analysis
  • ead product development, define roadmap, own business metrics, launch and health of the product in close collaboration with business partners and engineering and design teams
  • Identify opportunities for product performance growth, partnering with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives to a successful outcome
  • Develop and encourage a culture of can-do within the team and promote strong product management practices
  • Drive impact across the product org through strong mentorship, influence, and collaboration that spans beyond your title and function

All About You

  • 10+ years of hands-on product management experience in direct-to-consumer technology, financial technology industry and/or background in consumer lending is a plus
  • Experience in developing product concepts, building requirements, and managing products through its entire lifecycle
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to problem solve for customer needs and business landscape
  • Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing a high-performing team
  • Strong strategic and tactical perspective, with experience delivering new products based on desirability, feasibility, and viability
  • High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done
  • Strong understanding and experience of product management practices
  • Able to work closely with Engineering and have experience with Agile development
  • Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills; navigating through ambiguity
  • Exceptional growth mindset and ability to flex as player/coach to strategic visionary for your product lines
