QuantumScape is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and collaborative IT professional with experience in maintaining secure and robust information infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. Our team is responsible for supporting critical systems throughout our lab and corporate spaces. We play a meaningful role in enabling groundbreaking research and development by providing the latest technology and services.
If you embrace new technology and possesses good interpersonal skills, excel in balancing the day-to-day activity of responding to IT support tickets with the desire to provide valuable insight and execution towards core infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
User onboarding and management
Building and imaging Windows machines
Address user, printer, and network connectivity issues
Install, maintain, and upgrade software
Support diverse lab electronics
Monitor and manage system security
License compliance and asset tracking
Moving, setting up, and connecting equipment
Other related IT duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BS) or technical school with 1-3 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent attitude and ability to maintain outstanding customer service at all times with users
Desire to work in fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Superb communication skills, both written and oral
Basic Knowledge of Active Directory/Exchange, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls/basics of network and VOIP administration.
