Minimum Requirement: Education & Experience M.S. or higher degree in ceramic engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years experience in ceramic processing

Clear command of ceramic material structure-property relationships

Work history in a manufacturing or process development environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Comprehensive understanding of materials science and chemistry fundamentals

Self-motivated with a track record of learning new skills and techniques and applying those to achieve desired results.

Comfortable working in a glovebox, dry room and fume hood

Experience working in a multi-functional team delivering breakthrough process improvements.

Comfort with fast-paced technically exciting projects and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Highly Desired:

Ph.D. degree in materials science, ceramic engineering, or chemical engineering preferably with proven experience in ceramic solid electrolyte's processing.
