We are hiring a Laboratory Operation Technician to assist R&D group's laboratories by providing general laboratory support with the day-to-day lab operations including lab organization, lab space access, and safety protocols.


Assist, coordinate, and facilitate and run our equipment projects, lab operations, and inventory.

Implement 5S to maintain an organize and clutter free work space and improve efficiency.

Train associates on equipment usage, lab practices, and safely working within the lab environment.

Document, analyze, and communicate lab related issues, tasks performed, lab maintenance and equipment calibration records.

Monitor laboratories status such as dew point, temperature, and particle counter.

Work directly with EH&S team to ensure a safe workplace and track compliance on safety training for lab members.

Assist team lead on data collection and reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Working shift is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional overtime.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to generate analytical reports using Microsoft Office software.

Strong sense of lab safety and practical chemical waste handling experience.

Meticulous lab housekeeping and data management skills.

Diligent and effectively work independently and in a collaborative project- focused environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Work independently without direct supervision.

Ability to lift 30-50lbs.

Be comfortable and able to work on a ladder of >5 feet.

Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl and reach for some periods of time.


Experience with IT support, Jira, Confluence.
