Do you want to help build world-class R&D and manufacturing capabilities in the energy industry? We need an Sr. Operations Analyst to join our team and ensure the company can rapidly scale its operations to commercialize this technology and change the world.

Responsibilities :

Build analytical and decision-support tools used for manufacturing planning and operations strategy setting

Cultivate a deep understanding of our technology and production processes

Work closely with our R&D, manufacturing and planning teams to accurately model our manufacturing processes and costs

Build and maintain our production capacity model and use this model to support capacity planning activity

Build and maintain our production cost model and use this model to help inform operations and product strategy

Develop and communicate demand forecasts for key resources like equipment capacity, raw materials, and labor

Identify and track key operational metrics to evaluate the company's performance over time

**Minimum Education & Experience: **

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, an MBA, or equivalent experience

A strong track record of building and maintaining models used to analyze and improve operations, particularly capacity modeling and cost modeling

You have a demonstrated ability to understand complex manufacturing processes

You are organized and pay attention to the details; you are conscientious and meticulous in your work

You are highly collaborative, inventive in finding the information you need, and comfortable when facing uncertainty or ambiguity

You are an outstanding communicator and are comfortable presenting to senior leaders

You have advanced Excel skills

Additional Skills:

You are proficient in Python, R, or another data analysis language

You are familiar with Javascript, HTML and CSS
