As a process and Equipment Technician on the metrology team, you will help us build and maintain sophisticated imaging systems to collect high velocity data on battery components. Join us in a role that sits at the intersection of materials, manufacturing, and machine vision! Work schedule- CWW days 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities:

Collect image and test data on a wide variety of custom and turnkey measurement equipment.

Train technical team members on proper equipment operation following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Uncover, diagnose, and resolve issues with inspection equipment.

Perform routine calibration and quality checks.

Assist with assembling fixtures and enclosures.

Maintain clear notes and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

A technical degree from a 2-year program.

3 years or more hands on experience working in an industrial setting.

Hands-on experience operating and/or maintaining manufacturing equipment.

Knowledge of safe laboratory practices, especially in handling chemicals.

Motivated to learn new techniques and refine existing techniques.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skilled at using Outlook, SharePoint and MS Office suite.

Preferred:

Hands on experience with semiconductor equipment is a plus -

Experience with SEM review is a plus -

Previous experience with measurement systems analysis (MSA), JMP

Ability to perform work in a dry room or fume hood.
