We’re looking for a Healthcare Analytics & Insights Lead to join our product team. You will use your healthcare domain experience and background in analytics, statistics, and/or business intelligence to build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams.
You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to illuminate both the operational opportunities in our client hospitals as well as the entire impact chain of our product, from performance of our algorithms, through nudges and recommendations made to hospital staff, to the actions they take and the operational impact they have.
Most important to the role will be your ability to operate at multiple altitudes. It will require your:
- Domain knowledge and business savvy to help identify the most important opportunities,
- Analytical skills to generate impactful and intuitive solutions,
- Technical skills to build out those solutions, and
- Design sense to make the results as intuitive and usable as possible.
This is a high impact role with end-to-end initiative ownership that will drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire solution suite, and shape our position in the market.
Note: This role does not involve building the machine learning models that drive our in-the-moment products. If you’re interested in that work, please refer to the Data Scientist role on our engineering team.
