Team: Customer Success
The Customer Development Representative acts to gather as much information as
necessary to enhance Rock’s business intelligence about its customers and
those industries that they are part of, bringing insights and getting updated
about trends.
Your Impact:
- Partner and work across the account management team;
- Work closely with the Account Manager team to develop the first versions of account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities;
- Constantly run research and raise information on media, financial and sectoral reports that will be consolidated under validation into business intelligence about customers, competitors, and industries and their business issues and challenges;
- Map out the customer’s executive and top-level structure and build the preliminary version of the power map/account map of the organization;
- Is able to connect with the customer's stakeholders and establish the approach necessary to get an appointment to the AM;
- Is able to combine this knowledge with the customer's business issues in order to create insights and/or identify business opportunities that need to be confirmed by other experienced team members;
- Is able to sketch out custom messages combining data and insights gathered on internal and external sources to capture the customer stakeholder attention;
- Can assist with the organization of our CRM tool Hubspot and other internal processes to manage properly the contacts and to set up the email marketing campaigns.
What we're looking for:
- Ongoing or completed Bachelor's degree;
- Previous sales experience with lead qualification, connection, consultative sales process or similar;
- Fluent English skills;
- Analytical profile able to analyze data and translate it into insights;
- Content Marketing certification by Rock University and Inbound Sales certification by Hubspot.
