This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.
The Solutions Development Analyst will play an important role in revenue
expansion at Rock by supporting the Sales and CS organizations in the
expansion of revenue based on the technical knowledge of Rock Content offers
and the main challenges of prospects and customers of Rock Content, and
translate them into technical proposals with complete solutions, involving
SaaS, Professional Services, and Marketplace, aiming to deliver the expected
results through the products and company services.
This professional will combine technical aptitude, exceptional communication
skills, digital marketing background, and creative problem solving to lead the
technical discussion with our key prospects and customers.
Your Impact:
- Support Sales and CS teams in identifying commercial opportunities for Rock Content products and services from the pain of high-value prospects and customers.
- Build technical proposals regarding customized projects that demand a brand new or personalized scope in accordance with our teams and marketplace capabilities.
- Be able to engage and articulate product positioning for commercial and technical users in competitive scenarios.
- Entering calls with Sales Reps, AM’s and CSM's for technical demos of platforms, or for strategic indication of the best marketing approach according to the scenario and best practices for the client.
- Reinforce that the messages sent from the product/operation teams pass along accurately to the CS/Sales Organizations.
- Helps in the preparation of more generalistic presentations of proposals that require technical knowledge of digital marketing, our products, and services.
What we are looking for:
- Digital Marketing experiences.
- Passion to serve both internal and external customers, with demonstrated success in pre-sales, expansion sales, or consultative customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A passion for winning deals.
- Native/Fluent English.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Presentations, Sheets).
