Your Impact:
- To source for candidates across a specific group of jobs/areas.
- To create robust pipelines while making each candidate feel like they're the only one you're talking to.
- To use knowledge and data about our business to be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc) and influence all stakeholders.
- To support our recruiters, hiring managers, building high-performance teams and partnering wherever needed.
- To develop relationships across multiple teams.
- To showcase passion for the industry. That means to develop intimate knowledge about market, target companies, relationships in open source networks.
- To build pipelines from scratch, over and over again.
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment processes, special attention to sourcing.
- Agile Mindset.
- Advanced English skills.
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and impactful presentation style.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Good experience in sourcing.
