Rock Content is looking for an exceptional Sr HRBP Analyst who will facilitate
the achievement of Rock's strategic objectives, contributing to the
attraction, development, mapping, and retention of talents that will leverage
our clients' business, contribute to the development and growth of talents and
work to facilitate the success of Rockers. **As a company that breathes

Your Impact:
- Receive general guidelines with the autonomy to plan how to achieve the result, carry out the actions that need occasional monitoring, presenting the result;
- Develop proposals for new People Management policies when necessary based on research on trends and good national and international practices;
- Act autonomously as an internal consultant with managers in tactical planning (how to do) the structure of positions, performance, attraction, turnover, performance, and other matters related to People Management;
- Prepare existing data analysis reports, including analysis of risks and opportunities, as well as Support project coordination by managing resources and assignments, measuring results, and reporting risks and mitigation suggestions;
- Acting in rocker crisis situations and resolving complaints, autonomously, for the team that serves;
- Participate in the preparation of the area's budget, proposing investment needs, researching potential suppliers, and budgeting costs.
- Train previous levels and monitor Junior level activities;
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas;
- 2 years of experience as a BP; plus previous experience as an HR analyst. Experience attending Tech areas will be a plus;
- Advanced English;
- Highly Organization skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law;
- Negotiation skills and conflict mediation to generate a close and trusting relationship (win-win solutions) at an advanced level;
