About the Role
We’re searching for an ambitious, mid- level to senior technical
recruiter to support our growing, global recruiting team. Rocket Lawyer is
looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for identifying,
attracting and closing high quality, technical athletes. Our organization is
leading the way in making the law and justice affordable and accessible to
all. This key member of our People team is mission driven and looking to find
a home with an organization whose passion it is to leave the world better than
we found it. Your senior recruiting experience will be heavily leveraged at
Rocket Lawyer through ownership of an efficient hiring process with a focus on
a diverse candidate pool, early stage candidates, and partnering with our
senior level leaders to acquire the top talent. This is an amazing opportunity
for a recruiting superstar to have direct visibility and partnership with
senior leadership in connecting the dots of business and talent.
About You
- Successful track record of filling high volume engineering, product and analytics roles in a fast paced environment
- Continually and creatively identifying opportunities and strategies for how to attract and retain the top athletes in the technical space.
- Versatile. You’re exceptionally organized and know how to adjust and thrive, maintaining the prioritization of multiple roles at a time
- Curious. You're creative, experimental, and always looking for ways to improve or create a process or a tool
- Obsessive about the candidate experience. You know how stressful the job hunt can be and you’re eager to ensure a seamless experience from the first email to the offer
- You have a passion for technology and curious about its application
- Knowledgeable and results oriented. Measuring success by the amount of candidates that are hired is just the start. You’re into looking at the entire data picture, both big and small
- In-house technical recruiting experience preferred
A Day in the Life
- Partner with our internal teams to develop strategies around discovering and recruiting top talent
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the recruitment/interview process
- Sourcing. We live in a competitive world, and we want to win all of the top candidates that are out there. This will become a critical part of your daily routine
- Be a Rocket Lawyer advocate! Help coordinate, plan and attend recruiting events in the area
Experience
- 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Techie: knowledgeable about working with an ATS and eager to dig into reporting (Lever is highly preferred)
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- Very nice to have: global recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for niche technical positions and broader technical roles at volume
- Experience recruiting for non-technical roles is preferred, but not required
