About the Role
Reporting into the Manager of Product Analytics, this role will partner
closely with product leaders, design, and engineering teams to deliver
actionable insights and act as a thought leader for all product data at Rocket
Lawyer. You will be chartered with measuring all the touch points of our
ecommerce subscription platform, including eSign, Attorney Services, and
Incorporations. The function will play a critical role in measuring engagement
and retention metrics across existing products.
Key Objectives
- Own defining, tracking, and monitoring business KPIs for existing products including eSign, Attorney Service, and Incorporations
- Partner with product management leadership to create hypothesis, define kpis, design experiments, and act as go-to strategic thought partner
- Partner with leaders in engineering to improve data collection through data infrastructure design, data pipelining, and warehousing solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analyses to discover patterns and insights to inform future strategy
- Ensure product teams are empowered to make data-driven decisions that make a positive impact on success metrics
Skills & Experience
- 3 -5 years experience in quantitative role
- Prior experience working directly with product managers or embedded within a product team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks to optimize existing features
- Logical, analytical thinker with business acumen
- Significant expertise in Google Analytics
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Experience with data warehousing, data pipelining solutions a plus
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, finance, economics, or quantitative field
Nice to Haves
- Experience launching new products, A/B testing, and feature measurement
- Familiarity with Python (or equivalent) and Github
