Owner Services is a new group inside Roofstock that is focused on delivering a self-service SaaS solution for individual investors. We aim to be the singular place where real estate investors go to transact, manage, and optimize their assets. As the Lead Product Manager, Partner Platform, you will lead a team to onboard new partners and define how we integrate internal/external services into our suite of Owner Services tools.
You will work closely with Business Development and a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data to introduce and integrate partners directly into the Stessa platform.You will help to identify appropriate partners and deliver solutions that enable our partner and internal teams to build integrations, manage the data, and drive revenue across the platform. A successful candidate will have the creativity to look at problems in new ways, work with a hypothesis-driven mentality, a balance of creativity and analytical skills, and exceptional organizational influence. This role has a strong focus on partner data management, working to ensure accurate, timely and consistent information about a partnership or integration both internally and externally.
In this role, you will both act as product owner and team lead for the Roofstock Owner Services Platform, and manage the execution and go-to market strategy for individual partner offerings. Armed with fresh metrics and user feedback, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to shape and refine Owner Services platform strategy.
