Owner Services is a new group inside Roofstock that is focused on delivering a self-service SaaS solution for individual investors. We aim to be the singular place where real estate investors go to transact, manage, and optimize their assets. As the Lead Product Manager, Partner Platform, you will lead a team to onboard new partners and define how we integrate internal/external services into our suite of Owner Services tools.

You will work closely with Business Development and a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data to introduce and integrate partners directly into the Stessa platform.You will help to identify appropriate partners and deliver solutions that enable our partner and internal teams to build integrations, manage the data, and drive revenue across the platform. A successful candidate will have the creativity to look at problems in new ways, work with a hypothesis-driven mentality, a balance of creativity and analytical skills, and exceptional organizational influence. This role has a strong focus on partner data management, working to ensure accurate, timely and consistent information about a partnership or integration both internally and externally.

In this role, you will both act as product owner and team lead for the Roofstock Owner Services Platform, and manage the execution and go-to market strategy for individual partner offerings. Armed with fresh metrics and user feedback, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to shape and refine Owner Services platform strategy.

What you will do

• Build and manage product partnerships and integrations to enable a quality customer experience and efficiency at scale.
• Coach your Product Manager team member, focused on defining and optimizing how we integrate internal products across Roofstock.
• Work closely with our Business Development, Engineering, Success, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to integrate partner solutions and successfully launch them to our users.
• Foster a learn-fast mentality, collaborate with operational teams to roll out new offerings on a regular cadence.
• Define, measure, and report on key partner metrics.
• Build a roadmap of new features and improvements to existing features to drive your metrics, understand the estimated effort, and keep the backlog prioritized.
• Serve as Scrum product owner for your initiatives, work closely with your engineering team, and ensure they are unblocked as needed.
• Gather feedback from many sources (e.g. data analysis, customer research, executive feedback) and use this feedback to iterate on your roadmap frequently.
• Leverage qualitative consumer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions.

What you bring with you

• 7+ years of experience in software product management.
• 2+ years of product leadership experience
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Track record of working daily with software engineers to ship features through an entire product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development on SaaS products with frequent releases.
• Experience building a third-party integration, using APIs and SDKs. You don’t need to be a developer, but you can understand API documentation and use Postman.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely.
• Passion for Real Estate: You have an interest in Real Estate, enjoy talking about it, getting into the details, and learning more about the space.
• Startup Mindset: Experience working at smaller companies that have gone through rapid growth, and you are comfortable wearing many hats.
