Roofstock is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our growing Program Management Office team as a Project Manager. You will oversee all aspects of projects within our Asset Management division including defining deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring the progress of projects, and preparing progress reports for the division’s stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Program Manager, Director of Product Management, Senior Marketing Technology Manager, Director of Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with defined OKR’s.
  • Plan project blueprints, including defining the scope, resource allocation, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
  • Measure and track project performance using Roofstock’s PPM platform
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
  • Monitor issue resolution and report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Remove roadblocks, proactively identify, and manage risks, and facilitate corrective actions as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and report project progress on a regular basis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you bring with you:

  • A bachelor's degree preferably in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in project management.
  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Project Management experience in real estate, property management (Single or Multifamily) a plus
  • Project Management Certifications a plus (PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP)
