**About the Product Manager Role: **

Redesigning what it feels like to own a rental property is a complex ecosystem with endless foundational decisions to make and execute on.

Doing so successfully requires thoughtful, user-centered problem solving and execution around online & offline experiences for multiple types of users. We will be bringing innovative, accessible tools to a space starved for them.

What you will do

  • Build and manage CX tools and integrations to enable a quality customer experience and efficiency at scale.
  • Work closely with our CX, Engineering, Success, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate CX solutions and successfully launch them to our users.
  • Foster a learn-fast mentality, collaborate with operational teams to roll out new offerings on a regular cadence.
  • Define, measure, and report on key CX metrics.
  • Build a roadmap of new features and improvements to existing features to drive your metrics, understand the estimated effort, and keep the backlog prioritized.
  • Serve as Scrum product owner for your initiatives, work closely with your engineering team, and ensure they are unblocked as needed.
  • Gather feedback from many sources (e.g. data analysis, customer research, executive feedback) and use this feedback to iterate on your roadmap frequently.
  • Leverage qualitative consumer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions.

What you bring with you

  • 5+ years of product management experience using agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience working with CX teams, metrics, and tools (such as Salesforce and Zendesk).
  • Demonstrated track record of launching new products and features end-to-end, from research, planning, implementation, and launch to analysis and iteration.
  • Appreciation for human-centered design processes, including thoughtful questioning, true empathy, lightweight testing, and the ability to move from insights to solutions, even in the absence of large sample sets.
  • Ability to handle the complex ecosystem in which we operate (multiple user types, lots of contexts).
  • Enthusiasm for close partnerships with designers, engineers, other PMs, and the broader team.
  • Proficiency with web analytics & experimentation tools, such as Google Analytics and Optimizely.
  • Ability to tell a persuasive story and convey information in a digestible format.
  • Experience thinking through holistic online & offline experiences is a big plus.
