Roofstock is looking for a Sr. Program Manager for our Retail program. The Retail program is responsible for our Retail Marketplace, Owner Services, Marketing Automation and Growth. In this role, you will collaborate with Executive & Senior level business stakeholders to initiate and set goals for the program according to the strategic objectives of the organization (OKRs).

What you will do

• Oversee new initiative intake procedures to ensure alignment to company and program goals
• Coordinate with Director of Product Management, Director of Engineering and Project Managers on cross-functional dependencies across all projects within the program to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope
• Collaborate with your Program Management Office team members to implement and optimize processes based on best practices
• Participate in implementing Agile/Scrum methodology within the program
• Prepare and deliver executive level status reports
• Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to budget, timelines, legal guidelines, and internal policies
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles as needed

What you will bring

• Proven experience (7+ years) as Senior Program Manager or other managerial position
• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, MBA, Engineering, Marketing, Continuing Education, Finance, Management, Education, Business/Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Working knowledge of MS office and Portfolio/Program Project Management software platforms (PPM)
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Project Management Certifications a plus (PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP)
