Roofstock is looking for an ambitious and data-driven Offline Marketing Manager who can think big while rolling up their sleeves to get work done.

This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is part of a Growth organization that has Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Strategy and Growth experimentation in its core.

As the Offline Marketer, you will be responsible for driving every aspect of offline media strategy and execution for the growth team: planning, vendor management, execution, reporting, analytics and optimization, as well partnering with our Creative team on advertising planning and development. Success in this role means building the infrastructure in place before testing and experimenting with different hypotheses and strategies. Scaling and optimizing our offline media channels to deliver cost-efficient user acquisition strategies and programs.

You'll work collaboratively with other members of the Growth & Marketing team to drive overall growth including partnering with the content team on brand marketing initiatives and Lifecycle Marketing team to create integrated campaigns across the customer journey to improve our overall marketing effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Strategy and Planning
  • Drive the strategy and plans for offline channels, including TV (linear, CTV), Streaming Video, Radio, Audio, Podcasts, and Outdoor to generate demand for a set of products.
  • Partner with Director of Performance Marketing to develop the strategy and plan for offline media as part of new product launch plans.
  • Manage creative testing for all offline channels. Develop creative briefs and partner with the Creative team to plan and execute creative that drives advertising goals with brand consistency and a robust testing cadence and sequencing.
  • Develop frameworks for high velocity testing of offline media such as geographic lift tests to determine channel effectiveness and inform optimal marketing mix.
  • Vendor / Agency Management
  • Oversee RFP process, contract negotiation, and relationship management for offline media partners and agencies. Collaborate with the Creative team on the selection process for creative agencies and partners.
  • Manage day to day relationships with offline media vendors and agencies to drive optimal performance.
  • Partner with the Creative team to video and audio ad creation for offline media buys.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Provide input into our attribution model to ensure optimal insights about media performance by channel with a focus on methodologies for understanding offline media impact on overall paid acquisition efforts.
  • Deliver detailed weekly performance reporting including learnings and agenda iteration.
  • Extract campaign and channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel efficiencies and accelerate performance.

What You Bring With You

  • 5+ years' experience in a performance driven role with a proven track record planning and executing offline media channels.
  • Strong bias toward action and high velocity of experimentation to develop learning that improve performance
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple agencies and vendors and hold them accountable to delivering timely reporting, communications and account management
  • Experience across short- and long-term measurement approaches, and experience with developing and evolving attribution models.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate in a team environment; proven experience collaborating with agency partners and working cross-functionally with internal partners.
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver results against deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
