What will you be doing:
This position is onsite at one of our retail stores. We’re looking for someone to join our management team on a part-time basis. As the Lead Guest Experience Guide of one our stores, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
Maintain the environment and daily operations
Training New Hires
Promote our culture, mission and core values
Deliver an incredible guest experience
Technical support and troubleshooting
Safety and Cleanliness
Partner with management team
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for personable, motivated and passionate people to join our management team as a Lead Guest Experience Guide. As part of the management team, you will ensure the safety and security of our stores and team, while following all local labor laws in your city. The Lead Guest Experience Guide has the following key behaviors:
