The Business Manager will be a key member of the Business and Business Operations teams, reporting directly to the COO. This highly visible role requires someone with a strategic business mindset, a bias for action, and who can partner with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff.

Successful candidates should have a proven capability for business program management, strong organizational skills, change management experience, and an ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Support and execute rhythm of business activities; includes driving the overall cadence, preparation of materials and presenters, as well as post-event surveys and feedback for all-hands, business reviews, offsites, and other company events
• Participate in and/or lead key initiatives and projects that involve getting input and buy-in from a wide group of stakeholders, driving leaders to decisions on key strategies and ensuring timely, high quality, and consistent completion of activities to achieve project goals and deliver business impact
• Develop high-impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences
• Have a view across the entire company that allows you to support the executive vision, strategy setting, and process development
• Develop and oversee operational procedures that ** ** help executives better manage their meetings, teams, and workload
• Develop and utilize clear, consistent, repeatable internal processes and practices to support the COOs vision, ensure various stakeholders within the team are aligned, and drive towards overall business excellence
• Analyze business performance and customer insights to inform and accelerate business decisions, and anticipate future focus areas
• Provide organizational and business insight so executives can better understand the business, make timely and effective decisions, and manage their teams to a continuously higher level of performance
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity to accelerate growth and partner with business owners to develop possible solutions, outlining the impact of various options and tradeoffs therein

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of business program management, business operations, or equivalent experience
• Outstanding project management skills to organize a busy workload, consisting of projects with competing deadlines
• Quick learner who can get to the root of an idea and create clear action steps needed to move process forward
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global organization
• Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution with the highest degree of quality
• Experience in building effective business processes for diverse teams
• Strong PPT Skills are required
• Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA preferred
