Professional Services serves as a cornerstone for technical engagement and enablement with our most strategic customers, who are large-scale partners. Professional Services Executives are responsible for driving technical pre- sales, proof of concepts, onboarding, API integration, launch, expansion, and enablement success across the relationship lifecycle. Ownership spans projects, relationships, product input and consulting methodology to allow SkyKick to deliver scalable, repeatable, and supportable solutions to partners.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Manage technical engagements and enablement projects with SkyKick’s largest partners, including Demoing, Consulting, Scoping, Designing, Testing, Configure, Deploying and Supporting solutions
• Manage parallel work streams and deliver tight projects on time and in spec, including owning development of repeatable processes, playbooks, and demo & lab environments
• Lead and manage the delivery of technical integration projects as a product and implementation expert, and work across internal and external teams to implement projects
• Help define and drive requirements to our software platform and its future vision, and influence roadmaps and work streams and manage partner priorities
• Establish, monitor, track and influence technical and business process and success metrics
• Create technical go-to-market materials, drive market research, and manage compliancy as assigned
• Lead and contribute to internal projects and initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Work collaboratively across SkyKick with executives, product management, sales, technical, account management, support and operations teams to ensure partner success

What You Bring:

• You have strong business and technology acumen with demonstrated experience orchestrating and managing technology implementations, preferably across Microsoft Cloud and/or hybrid infrastructures
• A B.A. or B.S., ideally in a business-related discipline and 5+ years in IT industry working with channel partners in technical pre-sales or consulting roles
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior client executives to ensure client and project success
• You demonstrate leadership, a history or accomplishments, willingness to learn, and collaboration
• Ability to travel and work independently in an unstructured and fluid capacity
• You are comfortable with remote work on extended conference calls and computer sessions.
• Ability to work or travel on weekends to ensure partner satisfaction and goal attainment.
