What makes the Cincinnati startup community great?
Cincinnati is a great place to start a business and live. I may be biased as a fifth generation Cincinnatian and it is home to me, but I have lived in 5 other states and have some comparative data. Cincinnati is a small city with incredible people. This means the networks and connections are tight, and people go out of their way to help you. The culture of kindness in the city is reflected in the startup community, where I have felt supported and encouraged. In practice, this has meant regular mentorship, access to funding and opportunities, new partnerships, and the confidence to go all in on my business.
