Here's what a typical day for you might look like:

  • Leading Quality Assurance strategies to meet client's objectives

  • Creating, performing and maintaining clear test plans and test cases to support functional, system integration, end to end, user acceptance and regression testing.

  • Improving operations by recommending changes in processes

  • Involvement in client-facing project activities such as user acceptance testing support, solution reviews, and explaining technical complexities and business benefits in layperson terms

  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities including defects

  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

  • Contribute to developing automation testing

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:

  • Ability to obtain security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

  • Bachelor's Degree or professional experience in a software or business supporting software field

  • 2+ years in a QA engineering or similar role.

  • Experience creating, developing, maintaining, and executing test scripts along with test plans and defect management to meet defined requirements

  • Experience working with SQL

  • Experience working in an Agile development model

  • Experience with working with project tools like Jira

  • Experience or working knowledge of Xcel, Microsoft word and Google Smartsheet

  • Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented, focused on solution quality and execution

  • Progressive mindset particularly around deployment models and emerging technologies

  • Comfortable working across a wide range of project sizes and industries
